Returns Policy



Customer satisfaction is our #1 priority.  If you have any questions on the ingredients or the aroma,  or concerns prior to purchase, we encourage you to contact us.  We would love to hear from you and assist you with your order. 

Due to the nature of our product and for hygiene reasons, our Wellness Rollers, Mists & Beauty Oils cannot be returned or exchanged, if you change your mind.

If the item is faulty or you have received an incorrect product in your order, please get in contact with us via email (  within 7 days of receipt of your order so we can investigate the matter immediately.   If a refund or replacement is due, it will be processed within 4 business days.


We offer a 14-day return policy, for change of mind.  To initiate a refund, please get in contact with us within 14 days of purchase via email (  If your return is accepted we will send you instructions on where to send your return. 

Note, Bracelets must be unworn, undamaged and returned in original packaging.   

Return postage is the responsibility of the customer and will not be reimbursed.  The original shipping costs are also non-refundable.

Please use a postal service with tracking, as refunds will not be issued until the item has been safely returned.   + Oils cannot be held responsible for any items lost while in transit.    Your refund will be issued to you within 4 days of receipt of products.
