We want you to love your Add Oils products as much as we loved creating them. If you have any questions about ingredients, scents, or choosing the right blend, we’re always here to help - just reach out before or after your purchase.

 

If something’s not quite right with your order, we’ve got you. We’ll happily refund or replace any items that arrive faulty, damaged, or incorrect, in line with Australian Consumer Law.

However, due to the nature of our products, we do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind. If you’re unsure which blend is right for you, we encourage you to get in touch - we’re always happy to guide you.

 

Simply email us at hello@addoils.com.au within 7 days of receiving your order, including your order number and a photo if applicable, and we’ll take care of the rest.
